Our construction services team offers integrated solutions through design build & design assist methodologies to satisfy your project. How it works:

- Second, the Process. Once the overall scope of the project is identified, using our years of design build industry experience, source common sense solutions that meet your budget and expectations. Most of our work is done up front through due diligence. Working closely with architects, engineers and vendors across the country we will establish a design with reasonable allowances based off actual product data that you get to choose from through the submittal process on scopes such as; Power Distribution, Generation, Building Automation, Networking, Security and Access Control, Entertainment, Lighting and Lighting Control. Our team works tirelessly to remove the gray areas in the construction process so you don’t have to pay for costly and untimely change orders.
- Third, Execution. Our collaborative one-time on-time approach focuses on timely execution while eliminating re-work and mitigating safety risk. We partner with national vendors timely access to commodity material, reducing breakdowns in the supply chain process. Our approach speeds delivery of materials to our projects so that our field personnel can complete the scheduled activities on time while focusing on what matters most – exceeding the customers expectations!
- Lastly, Transition to Close-out & Warranty. We continue to work with the customer and end-user to ensure their project satisfaction. We offer a 12-Month Labor & Material warranty on all services provided and will work on behalf of the customer to honor in manufactures warranties that extend past the initial warranty period. In addition, we offer monitoring services for applicable Technology Systems. Our monitoring agreements are minimum 12-months billing cycles for applicable systems. During the monitoring period we periodically check functionality and performance compliance.
